Sake and Ramen Feast! Member Dila Lee is a sake sommelier, speaks fluent Japanese (and Turkish and…). She has curated an amazing selection of sakes for the evening, including some hard to find rare ones. Dila is going to teach us about sake and lead an extensive tasting. After the sake tasting John will lead us into the kitchen and prepare the Ramen toppings, prepare our bowls, flash the noodles and toss them into the bowls for eating. We’ll then sit together in the Avondale Room for a Ramen Feast. Dila will have some sake and likely some other unique spirits for purchase as well. Members & up to 1 Guest Price is $45 ea.
