Jim will be in the Avondale Kitchen making dough and form loaves on Thursday day, starting in the morning. Bread Club members are welcome to join for any or all of it. Pop in or hang out. You will get to know the process and timing well enough to come at the right time to work on the aspect of your process that needs practice or guidance. You are also welcome to hang out for the whole process; you are a member of Guild Row, so you can co-work in Guild Hall in all the “between times”.
