membership and guest passes

  • We ask all members, visitors and guests to please check-in at the Cafe Check-In Tablet

  • Members must be on campus when their visitor arrives

  • Memberships cannot be shared with non-members, you must use guest passes

  • Depending on Membership type, all members will get 10-25 free guest passes per year

  • Limit 2 guests at a time in the space

Cancellation and pausing memberships

  • How to Pause: If you can’t make it to the club for a month or more, you can opt in for the Pause Fee - $29/month - in place of paying your full monthly rate. Maximum pause term is 4 months in a calendar year. After the limit is reached, we reserve the right to charge an Initiation fee upon reactivation.  Reach out to info@guildrow.co to pause before the 1st of the month.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your membership, reach out to info@guildrow.co to cancel before the 1st of the month.

(All Memberships Fees are Automatically charged on the 1st of each month. This charge is non-refundable)

Conduct and Behavior

  • Guild Row is a 21 & Over Club (young persons are permitted at events explicitly listed as “all ages”)

  • Respect for others is a priority and we ask that everyone use headphones for online calls taken outside of a ZOOM Booth and be mindful of your volume when taking calls in shared space. 

  • Dogs are welcome in the Courtyard ONLY during seasonally appropriate weather when the Courtyard is open.

  • If you’re FEELING SICK much like we ask our employees, we ask that you please STAY HOME!

Refund Policy

  • Once a membership fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Members are responsible for managing their membership commitments, including any renewal or cancellation processes.

  • Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Guild Row management.
